Kathleen (she/her) joined Raffaele & Associates after a twenty-year career in management consulting and business analytics. Most recently, she was Analytics Business Services Manager at First Advantage. She is a staunch advocate for the fair and equal treatment of the LGBTQ community and children with disabilities. Kathleen lives in Swarthmore, PA with her husband, Michael, and their three children. When not attending her kids’ various school, dance, or sporting events, she enjoys movies and spending quality time with friends.
